The hotel was perfect and just how we remembered. It was right next to a fence with houses behind, located in the hotel's annex just behind the hotel, specifically Room 9. The room was really warm throughout the night, making it a cozy stay.

Service
9.0
The service was friendly, professional, and nice. The staff were helpful, even contacting us after check-out when we left a phone charger in the room, which was very impressive.
Location
9.0
The location was just perfect for us as an overnight stay and going to a school reunion in Immingham. It was lovely and just far enough from Cleethorpes center to go back and chill, with a veranda well worth the money we paid.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was very nice thanks to Mandy serving us. The food was made freshly for each guest and of a very high quality. The only downside was that it finished too early, leaving me disappointed as I was checking out the room before 12.
Facilities
The facilities were great overall, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

7.4/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The room was large, smartly furnished, and had windows you could open, which was a big plus. However, the room temperature fluctuated, making it hard to get a restful night's sleep. The accessibility to the room was a challenge, requiring assistance for entry, despite the lovely interior. On the bright side, the room was spotlessly clean, very quiet, and well-equipped with everything we needed.

Service
7.0
The staff were friendly, helpful, and retained the admirable qualities of northern hospitality. However, there were some issues with room darkness, malfunctioning blinds, and challenges with parking. It seemed that certain guests received preferential treatment over others. Despite these setbacks, the staff remained polite and friendly, offering essential services such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was perfect for our overnight stay and attending a school reunion in Immingham. It offered ample parking and a welcoming seating area in a conservatory-style eating space. However, there were some inconveniences such as a cluttered entrance through a bar area and poor room cleanliness, which somewhat dampened the overall experience.
Dining
9.0
The dining experience was excellent, with high-quality food that was thoroughly enjoyed. The crispy bacon was a particular highlight. However, there was an unfortunate incident on the second night that detracted from an otherwise pleasant dining experience.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered a variety of facilities such as a welcoming seating area and access to amenities like a gym or squash courts. However, some areas seemed cluttered and cleanliness was lacking in certain spaces.

8.2/10

The hotel offers lovely and tidy rooms with extremely comfy beds and chairs, a great size TV, and complimentary water bottles, which is a nice touch. The rooms are good value for money and clean, although it can get very hot without air conditioning. The old building adds to the charm and cleanliness of the stay.

Service
9.0
The service was extremely helpful and friendly.
Location
7.0
The location is quite central, but you may have to navigate through a bustling bar or squash courts to reach your room. However, it is well situated for exploring Grimsby and Cleethorpes.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was good, with lovely service and a smile, but it may lean towards being expensive.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities are spotless and spacious, providing ample storage for clothing and belongings.
